This Malware Can Secretly Root Your Android Smart Phone

Android Users Beware of Installing apps from unknown resources, a new type of malware has been found in Legimate-Looking apps that can root your Android Phone And Secretly install unwanted programs.

The Malware has been found lurking on app stores including Google Play, and it Targets devices running Android 5.1 (Lollipop) and earlier versions of Android, Which Accounts for more than 90% Android devices.Said by Trend Micro. He even added that the Godless Malware has mainly hit Indian and other parts of Southeast Asia.
The Malware Godless hides inside an app and uses exploits to try to root the Android Operating System on your Phone. This basically creates admin access to a device, allowing unauthorized apps to be installed.
