How To Use Android as Webcam

Lots of people wants to know, how they can use their Android Smart Phone as Security cam, spy cam or Webcam. There are tons of App available on the Android Market, But i am going to Share my Favorite way of Using Your Android Smart Phone.

Lets get started with Our post.

Requirements:- 

An Old Android Smart Phone (Old is not Necessary you can use any extra Android Smart Phone)
Active Internet Connection (WIFI recommended)
IP Webcam Apk For Android 
VLC Player or Any Player with Network Streaming

Procedure:-

First Grab your Android Smart Phone connect it to WIFI and Search the play store for "IP Webcam". Their are Two versions of "IP webcam" are available, the Free and the Paid one.
Once Downloaded and Installed. Open "IP Webcam". On the main Navigation Menu You can Edit All "IP Webcam" settings. I never needed to Change the setting so Leave it as it is.
Go Down Click on "Start Server" Button(Some time it needed to download Video Codec so press OK).

After All That Open VLC Player or any Player with Network Streaming Available . Click "File" Scroll Down to Open Network Stream or Just Press "CTRL+N" .
Then it will ask you to Enter Network URL,
You Need to Enter the URL that Appears on the Android "IP Webcam" Screen. For Example;  http://192.168.1.1**:8080

That`s the Final Step you need to do. Now place your Android Smart phone wherever you want to, and enjoy Wireless Footage.
